Everyone in your household or invited guests who plan to attend must complete a registration form. Please note that it is one registration per person, not by group.
Everyone attending the,Loyd Family & Friends Gathering including invited guests, must complete a registration form, regardless of age. This helps us plan food, seating, activities, and special recognitions for the entire family. Some age groups are exempt from fees; however, everyone must register. Registration instruction below.

Everyone in your household or invited guests who plan to attend must complete a registration form. Please note that it is one registration per person, not by group.
Step 2 - Submit Registration Fees
After you complete the form, you will be directed to the payment page. Choose the registration fees that apply to your household and submit payment securely online.
Step 3 - Watch for Confirmation
Your registration is complete once both the form and payment are received. You’ll receive a confirmation message with a summary of your responses and any important reunion updates.

Is registration per family or per person?
Registration is per person; all attendees must submit a form. Children, regardless of their age, will need their parent/guardian to complete the registration on their behalf.
Do you know if I can register other household members?
Yes. One person can submit multiple registrations; complete the form once for each guest attending.
When do registration fees need to be paid by?
Payment is required at the time of registration.
Final day to register is May 30th, 2026.
When should I arrive?
Check-in begins at 3 pm on Friday evening. Contact the hotel directly to see if you can check in earlier. Reunion activity officially starts with the Meet & Greet at 6:00 PM.
What if I arrive late?
No problem. Join us whenever you make it into town, we’ll welcome you!
Where will events be held?
All family activities will take place in Colfax, LA. Final venue details will be shared with registered families and guests.
Are meals included in the fee?
Yes. All meals for registered guests are covered during scheduled events. You may choose to bring snacks or extras for your household.
What other fees are included in the registration?
Venue rentals, police security, and liability insurance, and site prep incidentals.
What should we wear?
Dress comfortably for outdoor activities.
Friday evening: casual resort wear and/or swimwear.
Saturday: picnic outfits
Saturday evening theme event attire will be announced soon.
Sunday church casual, appropriate attire is recommended.
